Reduce speed to low and add granulated sugar, bananas, and chocolate chips. Beat just until combined. Spoon mixture into prepared muffins cups.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
3. Black Forest Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup black cherry jam or preserves
- 8 ounces dark chocolate, melted and cooled slightly

Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients until blended. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking for 45 minutes.

Frosting: In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup powdered sugar with 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons butter; mix until well combined. Use an electric mixer to beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes or until light and fluffy.
Gradually add 1 /4 cup at a time of the milk, beating for about 1 minute after each addition. Add the vanilla and beat for another minute. Beat in the orange liqueur and sour cream until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
9. Chocolate-Strawberry Celebration Cake

11. Dutch Apple Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 3 tablespoons butter, cut into bits
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups grated Granny Smith apples
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon brandy or bourbon (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface. Fit into a 9-inch pie pan. Trim the excess dough. Chill for 10 minutes.

- 4 Tbsp. key lime juice
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup flour
- pinch of salt

13. Fluffy Pancakes

- 1/2 cup of butter, at room temperature
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
